City Employee Picnic

Every summer the City of Idaho Falls does a bbq dinner for all their employees. We get into the zoo for free and have a free pass to the Fun Land. It was pretty hot this year so we made it through the zoo in record time.

After the zoo we went to ride a few rides at the Fun Land. Carter and Allivia rode the Octapus ride first.

 now notice that Alliva is no longer sitting up. Their car was spinning so fast that she fell over inside the car. I don't think either one of them will be riding that ride again for a while! Both were sick to their stomach's afterwords.

                                       Parker and Ellie opted for a safe, flat ride on the train.

                                             The plane ride was a little more low key :)

After Grants work picnic, we went to the community night down on the greenbelt. It was kinda lame this year, but we really enjoyed the booth with the beer goggles. They had us put on these goggles that simulated what it is like when you drink and drive. We wore them while riding a giant tricycle. It was funny watching each other ride in what they thought was a straight line.
