Parker made it to 3

Little Parker Parker made it to his 3rd birthday! This little boy has stretched me as a mother in every way. He has taught me the importance of a good night sleep, and how you rarely are truly grateful for something until its gone! ( I can count on both hands how many times he has slept thru the night since his birth) He is so strong willed and yet completely submissive at the same time. All he has to do is look at me with those big blue eyes and I cave every time. :) He thinks he is one of the big kids and loves to follow his siblings around everywhere! He loves to eat marshmallow cereal while he watches peppa pig or bubble guppies in the morning. He recently became potty trained and we love only having to change one babies diapers a day now. Parker has such a fun personality and can always make us laugh! I can't imagine our lives or family without him in it! Even though he know how to push every button, he also knows how to melt my heart!!
Parkers birthday was a fun day! It was on a Sunday this year so we were limited on Celebration but it was still a fun day. Some family friends and family came for dinner and cake and ice cream. The kids had fun playing and Parker loved opening and playing with all his presents.
I made shark cupcakes with fish and life preservers for his cake. They looked so cool at first.... Eventually they all started to break and there was nothing i could do to stop the destruction! We just has to laugh and make the best of it. In the end, no kids cared if the shark was decapitated or not, they only cared if they tasted good. :)

We ate chicken bacon ranch taquitos for dinner. They are a family favorite!
Parker received a new train set for his birthday and his reaction when he saw it was priceless!! Everyone has had fun playing with it.

He also received some boy dress up clothes. The super hero costume was his favorite! He even wore it to my Uncle Kens funeral. It was slightly embarrassing, but what do you do? :)

The present he was the most excited for though, was his new "underwears" He was so excited that he got to wear underwear like his big brother, and it was so cute how excited he got over such a simple thing!
I feel so blessed to have Parker as my little snuggle bug! I love him like crazy!
