I decided to make Ellie a new bed quilt for her birthday. It was a lot of work, but also a lot of fun. My mom and sister Sheerstie helped to make it. We hand stitched the design and then I used the sewing machine to sew the edges. Ellie LOVES it! It has a cool silky side for those hot summer nights, and a warm fuzzy side for those cold winter nights. I was pretty happy with how it turned out.
