Sledding at Freeman Park

It has finally warmed up enough to enjoy the snowy winter weather. Last week it was -25 outside, and yesterday it hit 40! That is Idaho for ya :) We decided to take the kids sledding at Freeman Park. It was our first time this winter, and Parkers first time sledding ever! It was almost too warm, and the snow was slushy, but the kids had fun anyway. Sledding is probably Daisy's favorite activity too. She loves to chase the kids up and down the hill. Hopefully we will be able to make it out atleast a few more time this winter.

Here are a few shots of the kids playing in the snow in the front yard. It is nice when kids can go outside and just be kids. No TV, no computer, or IPods. They can go outside and use their imaginations and play. They had a lot of fun!
