The kids and I went with Camie and her kids to Rigby Lake. It was my first solo venture out. I still had a panic attack once I got there, but camie was patient with me while the meds kicked in. Once I relaxed, we had a fabulous time! we swam and built castles. Allivia and I rode the blow up duck out to the dock and jumped off. Camie and I even went for a relaxing stroll on the duck. The kids had a blast and I had some much needed relaxation time with Camie.
