Allivia, Ellie, and Tayler have all been taking sewing lessons this year from Arlene Nef. She is an incredible teacher and so patient with the girls. On their last week of sewing before summer break, they had a party. Arlene let them ride her horse, Daisy. The love of horses must have skipped a generation in our family. Grants dad loves horses, and both my parents owned a horse in their youth. Me personally, could do without. They terrify me!! The girls had a blast riding her though and I was glad they enjoyed it. Sadly the next day, Daisy was injured and had to be put down. I was glad the girls could ride her one last time.
