Carter earned his Weblo award at our last pack meeting. I am very proud of all the hard work he puts into scouting. The stick one of the boys is holding is the "spirit stick" The Weblos won it at our Stake court of honor a couple months ago. They weren't even supposed to win, It was for the boy scouts. Carters high pitch scream sent them over the edge as the loudest group and they brought home the spirit stick! I really do hope his high screams disappear with puberty haha.
